Once a hardware problem is determined, rather than spending time on endless calls to the computer manufacturer, Signals IT can offer a service that allows us to verify warranty and reclaim costs of repair – liaising with the warranty supplier or manufacturer for you, then troubleshoot and repair on your behalf, saving you time and money.

Depending on the warranty status of the machine, parts and/or labour may be covered by the manufacturer; however, Signals IT Ltd can repair any machine regardless of warranty status on a cost recovery basis. 

Through our relationships with many leading manufacturers, we are able to refurbish returned goods to 'as new' or 'graded standard', which allows for a quick return to a saleable condition.
