Every item that we repair or refurbish undergoes a rigorous series of tests to ensure safety and fitness for purpose. Nothing is left to chance as our reputation, and that of each customer, is of paramount importance.

We aim to repair any IT product of any age. Our approved network of suppliers ensures all parts are widely available and costs are kept to a minimum. At every stage of your repair, we will inform you of the current progress and whether or not any additional parts or costs will be required. We do not go ahead with anything that might cost you more without informing you first. You are in control. You tell us what you want. We do not surprise our customers with hidden extra costs and we will always make clear what costs you are likely to incur before you are committed to them. If you find a repair will cost too much, you may decline and we will send your equipment back to you, insured.
